David Byrne & St. Vincent Announce Collaborative Album Details, Tour, Download

Rarely is music news so packed with information this exciting! Talking Heads legend David Byrne has announced a collaborative album with indie darling St. Vincent. Love This Giant will be released on September 11th through 4AD, and a full track listing can be found below.  The album is said to employ heavy usage of brass arrangements in favor of more traditional instrumentation. Additionally, you can hear, “Who,” the first track to be released from the album below. As if that weren’t enough, the duo will be embarking on a major American tour in support of the record. Indicators are that the each musician will be playing many of their own back catalogue in addition to tracks from Love This Giant. Full tour dates listed below. If you aren’t excited by the end of this post, you are likely dead or a cyborg. Please see a physician as soon as possible.
