As planned, Phil Elverum, creative force behind Mount Eerie, has announced the details of his forthcoming LP, Ocean Roar, which will act as a counterpoint to the recently released Clear Moon. The album will be released on September 4th via his own imprint, P.W. Elverum and Sun. Elverum has indicated that Ocean Roar will be a more chaotic and experimental affair than was Clear Moon, which he thinks of as more traditional instrumentally.
