Brooklyn’s Lazyeyes Shares New Track, Announces EP Details

Last month we wrote about Brooklyn’s Lazyeyes, who create reverb-laden, surfy dream-pop. One of the greatest pleasures of this job is receiving an email, personally, from a band you know nothing about and really digging the music. Such is the case with Lazyeyes. I’m excited to announce that the band got back in touch yesterday to announce details for their forthcoming EP. The band’s self-titled, four-song EP will drop on January 26, 2013 and will be self-released. The two tracks we posted by the band earlier have since been moved around or removed. Instead, you can hear the track “Wait” below, and you can hear and download for free another EP cut, “Forever.” The latter features dreamy production with upbeat snares. Outstanding stuff. Okay, Lazyeyes, when is the tour? We can’t wait.
