The Besnard Lakes Announce Album, Share Expansive New Track

Jagjaguwar recording artist The Besnard Lakes have announced a new album, Until In Excell, Impercebtible UFO out April 2nd. According to a highly enthusiastic press release from the band’s publicist, the record promises to be “dense, triumphant, and immersive.” The press release also reveals that the album “features heavyweight additions by Moonface’s Spencer Krug and Mike Bigelow, The Barr Brothers’ Sarah Page, the always-enchanting Monica Guenter and the return of Fifth String Liberation Singers’ Choir.”

“People of the Sticks” offers a first listen of the album. The track consists of lush layers of instrumentation that occupy a vast range of genres including shoegaze, psychedelia, dark rock, and synth pop.
