Superchunk Announces New Album, Tour, Releases Teaser Trailer

Quintessential power pop band Superchunk has announced a new album and tour dates for the summer and fall. After a decade of inactivity, the band released Majesty Shredding in 2010 and will follow with I Hate Music, set to be released via Merge Records on August 20th. The album’s teaser trailer was created by band member and Merge founder Mac McCaughan and features a medley of clips from the impending full-length. Watch and listen above.
