Amason (Members of Miike Snow, Dungen) Share New Song “Went to War”

Amason is the moniker adopted by a Scandinavian supergroup of sorts, which features members of Miike Snow, Dungen, Little Majorette, and Idiot Wind. The group has plans to release an EP on the Lykke Li/Peter, Bjorn, and John owned label, Ingrid, in August.  For now, they’ve dropped one track from the EP; “Went to War” is a breezy, soothingly upbeat pop song with airy vocals and somber brass. It’s a solid debut showing from this new band, and we’re looking forward to hearing the rest of the EP. Stream the video for “Went to War” below.
