Listen to Aisha Burns – “Sold” from Upcoming Full Length

On September 17th, Aisha Burns will release her debut album Life in the Midwater on Western Vinyl. You may recognize Burns as the violinist for Austin-born post-rock band Balmorhea. Like Balmorhea, her solo material can be described as delicately beautiful; moreover, Burns’ vocal possess an off kilter warmth that carries her songs. “Sold” begins with sparse guitar and moves eventually into atmospheric strings.
