This Saturday, Broncho will perform a KUTX sponsored set inside Stubb’s. The band is a good bet for a high energy weekend night with songs that incorporate distorted guitars, uptempo riffs, and quick melodies. Below you can hear two tracks from the band: the first is the original album cut from their debut Can’t Get Past the Lips, and the latter is a B-side reworking of the song, in which there’s a touch of nostalgia for acoustic versions of Get Up Kids songs. Late nights. Scratchy vocals. It’s a a beach campfire high school soundtrack. Listen to both “Try Me Out Sometime” and “Please Try Me” below. Get tickets to the show here.
