Beach Fossils Share New Video, Play Fun Fun Fun Fest

Beach_FossilsBeach Fossils’ reverb-laden sound and surfy guitar lines certainly feels contemporary, akin to many other like-minded indie rock bands, but there’s a certain element that reminds me of Joy Division, and that’s a very good thing. The lo-fi craziness of their new video for “Generational Synthetic,” culled from recent LP Clash the Truth, furthers this comparison. The band will bring their live show to Austin for Fun Fun Fun Fest and we’re recommending you see it. Incidentally, the band’s most recent LP was produced by Ben Greenberg of The Men, who will also bring their incredible live show to Fun Fun Fun Fest. If you don’t have tickets, get them!
