11 Bands You Should Not Miss at Fun Fun Fun Fest

Okay, so you just couldn’t handle the realness of our exhaustive chronological preview of artists we recommend seeing at Fun Fun Fun Fest. You’re looking for the bottom line. Something a little more refined. We’ve whittled that list down to a fewer number of MUST SEE artists performing at Fun Fun Fun Fest this weekend, and we’ve given you a very brief few words as to why. This baby goes to eleven.

1. Television – Saturday, Orange Stage 5:50

Do not miss Television, because I couldn’t even find the last time they’ve played in Texas, and Marquee Moon is one of the greatest albums of all time. See this band above all else.

These young up and comers from Houston bring high energy to tiny clubs and huge stages alike under the leadership of lead vocalist Asli Omar.

4. Kurt Vile – Friday, Orange Stage 5:20

Vile’s newest ablum Wakin On A Pretty Daze is a modern masterpiece of sprawling and introspective songs.

You never know what Bradford Cox is gonna come up with, but you’re gonna be bummed if you miss it.
