Austra Shares Video for Single “Forgive Me”

As a follow up to Austra’s most recent effort Olympia, the group will release a single for “Forgive Me” that also features two new tracks, out digitally on November 26th. This week, the band released a video for the single that furthers their trajectory of stylized and impeccable artistic expression. This isn’t just a video to fill the time it takes to play a song. The video employs a night vision camera that captures people in a dark park engaging in sexual acts and explores the romance between a couple. Conceptually rich, the images explore concepts of voyeurism, sex, absolution, and human connection. Watch above.
