Ultimate Painting Share New Track “Winter In Your Heart”

With its jangling guitars, mellow vocals channeling Lou Reed, and steady kick and snare drum beat, Ultimate Painting’s new track “Winter In Your Heart” is an immediately addicting track. It floats by effortlessly as the guitar moves into lazy solos and the background vocals creep in for the song’s final minute. The band, which is comprised of members of the bands Mazes and Veronica Falls, is based in the UK and will drop their debut LP on Trouble in Mind Records on October 28th. Recorded directly to tape, the record makes an effort to recapture the sounds of the late 60s and early 70s. We’re pretty hooked on this debut track and are looking forward to more.
