Lower’s Mean Spirited New Video for “Daft Persuasion”

Spitting venom at one anonymous, despicable individual, Lower’s Adrian Toubro seems especially ready to persuade the viewer to feel his animosity. A hooded figure lightly drapes his arms across Toubro’s chest, as if restraining him from getting off the couch and returning to his former excited anger. The band clamors through the track while Toubro speak sings with a language historically familiar to post-punk. The Copenhagen band is currently on a broad U.S. Tour with Merchandise, supporting their slick new album Seek Warmer Climes. Watch the video below and pick up a copy of the LP here.
