KLRU Arts In Context Hosts Premiere Party for New Episode Featuring Les Rav

Although KLRU’s Austin City Limits series is undoubtedly their most well known contribution to music television, their Arts In Context program has brought us stories about some incredible artists, including The Octopus Project, Shakey Graves, and Mother Falcon. To celebrate Arts In Context moving into its fifth season, they’re throwing a party alongside the premiere episode, which is entitled “Rebirth” and features Austin’s experimental band Les Rav. A Q&A with director Mario Troncoso will follow a screening of the episode as well as a live performance by Les Rav. The event will take place on Tuesday, October 28th at 7PM at KLRU’s Studio 6A. Sponsors Live Oak and Cornucopia Popcorn Creations will provide beverages and snacks.
