Majical Cloudz Share Interactive Video for New Song “Love Soul”

Every time Majical Cloudz does something I fall deeper in love. The duo of Devon Welsh and Matthew Otto created an austere but affectionate, minimalist masterpiece with last year’s Impersonator. Their live shows are emotionally commanding and resonant. And since they released their album, we’ve been given two new songs culled from that period of songwriting. The second was release on Friday and came along with an interactive video. The video uses animated GIFs and allows the viewer to act as director, as the camera angle and shot can be altered just by clicking. The songs itself is a sort of looping love poem to music itself.
