Psychedelic Light & Sound Plans to Inundate East Austin

On June 17th, a small collective of working musicians devoted to all things psychedelic will launch a plan to dominate East Austin with light and sound. The event, which will take place at Cheer Up Charlie’s, will include music on three stages, art, light displays, vendors selling products such as vintage clothes, a bloody mary bar, happy hour specials, and food trailers. The current lineup is listed below, though the event organizers promise a trick up their sleeve for a final headlining act to be announced sometime in the next couple of weeks. Admission is a mere $5!

Each band participating in the event has contributed a song to a compilation that will be available for purchase on site. Listen to a few songs below by participating artists.

Pop Press International is planning to be on site to document this inaugural chapter of what might become the next staple Austin event.
