All-Female Fronted Music Fest Takes Over Cheer Up Charlie’s on Saturday

sirensoundtempleAppropriately dubbed Siren Sound Temple, an all-female fronted day of music will occupy the afternoon, evening, and night at Cheer Up Charlie’s this Saturday. As they continue to book Austin’s exciting up-and-coming acts and provide a forum for new voices such as the monthly comedy and storytelling event Greetings, From Queer Mountain, Cheer Up Charlie’s increasingly makes a case for themselves as the city’s most important venue. Siren Sound Temple offers further evidence in that regard.

The show will run from 3:00 PM until the venue’s close at 2:00 AM and costs just $12 at the door. The bill features an incredible variety of rock, garage, folk, and pop acts along with other musicians more and less traditional. Among the performers are Megafauna, Tinnarose, Mom Jeans, Violinda, Magia Negra, Panoramas, Annabelle Chairlegs, The Harms, and many more. Below you can check out music from some of these acts.
