Taft Celebrates Groove Redundant Tonight at Cheer Up Charlie’s

On Tuesday, Austin upstart Punctum Records furthered their incredible and expansive catalog by releasing the debut LP from glam rock revivalist band Taft. The show tonight promises enjoyment, with a supporting cast of Sweet Spirit’s punk tinged rock ‘n’ roll, Waco band Lomelda’s spacey tunes, and Isaiah the Mosaic’s dance hits. Taft’s album title says it all — the grooves here are redundant, as in each new band will present and undeniable opportunity to get down and boogie while simultaneously entrancing listeners with their diverse and skillful sounds. We’ll see you there! Check out music from all four bands below.
