The wait is over! Cayucas has made official the news of their debut full-length, Bigfoot, which will see release through Secretly Canadian. The second track that has been made available from the debut album comes along with a highly stylized and adorable video. Previously, we heard “Cayucos” from the band, which introduced us to the beachy vibes of this California band. “High School Lover” possesses less of a beach feel, but remains rooted in reverb-heavy, upbeat pop. The songs steady tom work provides a propulsive beat that moves the song forward over Zach Yudin’s laid-back vocals. This we’ve been into since the first listen–a band to watch in 2013.
