For “Put A Light On,” the second single from Generationals’ upcoming album Heza, the band has released a video that celebrates their hometown of New Orleans to the tune of their echoing, jangly indie-pop. New Orleans is an American Treasure–one of the most important cities in the world. I love it, and I’m always a little jealous of people who can claim it as their own. I’m also a little jealous that New Orleans gets to claim Generationals as their own. This is a great band from a great city, and we’ll be looking forward to the release of Heza on April 2nd on Polyvinyl. Until then, we’ll be jamming “Put A Light On.”
