Nick Jaina Releases Primary Perception, Hear A Track Now

nick_jainaPortland, Oregon’s Nick Jaina boasts a wide variety in writing experience from writing ballet music in Brooklyn to composing film soundtracks in Los Angeles to creating theatrical scores in New Orleans. That wide range of experience converges and emerges on Jaina’s new album Primary Perception, released this week on Fluff and Gravy Records. On his last record, Jaina wrote all the songs but collaborated with a different female vocalist to sing each track, including some of the Northwest’s finest talents like Corinna Repp, Laura Gibson, and Jolie Holland. Now that Jaina is back behind the mic, we’re looking forward to bringing you more coverage of his new album. Below you can stream or download the rhythmically captivating and catchy song “Don’t Come to Me” from Primary Perception.
